Datukship for National/Sarawak Heroine!

Filed under: Uncategorized — Pengayau @ 11:56 pm

Its just a matter of RECOGNITION from her country Malaysia and from her home state Sarawak

Many has failed to understand my point. My point is, she is the first Malaysian woman to win Olympic medal!! The keywords is FIRST

Malaysia’s FIRST FEMALE OLYMPIAN (Wanita Malaysia PERTAMA yang berjaya memenangi Pingat di Sukan Olimpik) doesn’t deserve a Datukship?

When it comes to contribution to the Nation/States, does it matter if you’re too young or too old? From Sarawak, she should receive Datuk Amar, no less

If Federal refuse to recognised her, by right Sarawak State Government should!

Datukships are awarded as reward and recognition of services and honour achieved and given to the state and nation by an individual.

Being the first woman in Malaysia to win an Olympic medal isn’t an honour?

This is the OLYMPICS, the highest order of games worldwide for centuries since thousands of years ago. What more you need?

My Goodnesss, Malaysia’s FIRST FEMALE OLYMPIAN doesn’t deserve a Datukship?

What about those Malaysian climbers who manage to conquer Mount Everest in 1997? They’re being confered with Datukship from their respective states as they were the FIRST MALAYSIAN TO CONQUER MOUNT EVEREST.

Why being selective? Im just wondering if Pandelela is from Malaya, lain pulak cerita nya. SIGH!

Rosie Behrendt : well said leslley, totally agree with u 😉
Leslley Kalom : Thank you but many will bullshitting saying that she’s too young lah, this lah, that lah. Some argue that the country’s three 1st medalist in the persons of Sidek Brothers (Badminton) are not Datuk but then again, If Federal refuse to recognised her, by right Sarawak State Government should!

She is ANAK SARAWAK!!

When they can give Shah Rukh Khan, the Bollywood actor a Datukship for doing no shit for this countryI strongly believe she deserves her Datukship as the first Malaysian woman to win Olympic medal!!!

From Federal : PM Najib offered her a full scholarship from Yayasan Cemerlang for her to pursue a degree of her choice at Universiti Tun RazakFrom State : CM Taib offered her a full scholarship to Australia to continue diving as an elective

PM must be looking down on a Bidayuh girl from Sarawak, he thought that a local University is good enough for a Sarawakian … !!

Alex Pega : Again Double Standard…
Izz O Lynn : I hate shah rukh khan!! Langsung nadai reti! Sigi baka kitai org srwk, nang selalu di anak tiri…. 😦
Leslley Kalom : Read this properly, it is a very simple sentence that shouldnt be taken out of context”Malaysia’s FIRST FEMALE OLYMPIAN (Wanita Malaysia PERTAMA yang berjaya memenangi Pingat di Sukan Olimpik) doesn’t deserve a Datukship?”

Will there going to be another FIRST Malaysians to win a medal in Olympics after her?

If this is not Double Standard/Bias towards us Sarawakians, then what do we called it?

No wonder we Sarawakians has this “Anti Malaya” sentiment. Please dont blame us. SIGH!

Mazilan Abai : Sometime it’s make me think of this “Better to be Negara Sarawak” not as Negeri Sarawak..
Leslley Kalom : That is the reason why, deep in my heart, im always proud being Anak Sarawak and personally to me, im Sarawakians first, Malaysians second, not untill we’re being treated equally/fairly as Malaysians
Ricky Mut : totally words by words agreee with u leslley
Leslley Kalom : Thanks bro, it doesnt matter. Many others disagree with me. Hhahaa!
James Tanju : AK…..awak kemudian……so runding mh kitai ka ngena tittle ak nyak…
Leslley Kalom :  Such is 1Malaysia??

In my personnal opinion, 19 years old Pandelela Rinong, the first Malaysian woman to win Olympic medal should be confered with Datukship as she has made the country proud and Sarawakians prouder!!!Recognitions for her should be on par with Datuk Nicol David (Squash) although Squash is not included in Olympic games but to be fair, put sentiments/emotion aside, we cant compared her with Datuk Lee Chong Wei (Badminton)So far, Pandelela has been awarded the Star of Sarawak (Johan Bintang Kenyalang) by Tuan Yang Terutama Tun Datuk Patinggi Abang Haji Muhammad Salahuddin Abang Barieng which rank the 4th highest in Darjah Utama Yang Amat Mulia Bintang Sarawak (Most Exalted Order of the Star of Sarawak) state order after Satria Bintang Sarawak (S.B.S.) Pehin Sri, Panglima Negara Bintang Sarawak (P.N.B.S.) Dato Sir and Panglima Setia Bintang Sarawak (P.S.B.S.) Dato but did not carried Datukship

Meanwhile, Sarawak State Government has awarded Pandelela a full scholarship to Australia to continue diving as an elective and she had recieved RM300,000, comprising RM100,000 under the National Sports Council (NSC) prize scheme and RM200,000 worth of shares in Amanah Saham Wawasan from Federal

She was offered a scholarship from Yayasan Cemerlang for her to pursue a degree of her choice at Universiti Tun Razak.

What do you guys/girls think?
Over the Facebook
Edwin Limban : Not now, wait until after the next olympic.
Leslley Kalom : Sorry, i strongly disagree, So she need to prove that she’s a National/Sarawakian Hero TWICE? But what if she fail to win any medal for her second Olympics (Rio De Jeniro) 2016? That would burry the fact that she’s the first Malaysian woman to win Olympic medal?
Diana Singgar Andira Mawar :  Beri rumah; sponsasip; duit pencen n datukship mih. Be in par with other top athelete.
Mohd Yusuff ‎: …saya sokong Mr Leslley…
Leslley Kalom : If im nots mistaken sepatut iya iya bisi bulih life-time pension of RM2,000.Rumah nya nadai masalah enti NAIM Holdings ka sponsor but as of now, bedau ninga apa2 berita pasal nya

Dont tell me Sarawak State Go

verment cant afford to reward her with a house?Even Kerajaan Kelantan agi ulih meri sebuah rumah ngagai Malaysia Goalkeeper, Khairul Fahmi Che Mat sarinyaMohd Yusuff  : Mun sik kinek tok, bila agi pok? Sik akan maok nunggu sidak Malaya meri kita penghormatan, Kerajaan Negeri tauk lah apa yang patut

Edwin Limban :  She is still young to be made Datuk. Dont politicise her, she has a bigger vision than getting a datukship. Better build an olympic size pool in Bau to honour her greatest achievement. At least every young children in Bau can imitate her or even be as greater as her.
Edward Awan : typical of our leaders…so stingy in everything when it doesn’t benefit them..it just to show their obligation but not whole heartily no sincerity to it…to me as Sarawakian it should at least double what the federal offered her…only th

en our children will rise to see sport as once of the venue for them to excel….look at our hero Watson Nyambek…his record still not yet broken….but the sport ministry kill his ambition by applying double standard..and many more of our Sarawakian athlete that has achieved their feat at Olympic….
Leslley Kalom ‎ : When it comes to contribution to the Nation/States, does it matter if you’re too young or too old?The fact is, the first Malaysian woman to win Olympic medal!! The keywords is FIRST!
Vernon Kedit : This is the problem with us Dayaks. Always trying to bring each other down or making excuses why we should not let others enjoy their hard earned reward. So what if she is young? Many OLD people don’t deserve Datukships. I say, GIVE HER DATUKSHIP NOW!
Edward Awan ‎: ..and they called it 1Malaysia….
Berti Munau : Wait…for gold…brasil 2016
Mohd Yusuff  : yeap, Mr Leslley, you are correct again…the term is NOW…
Sylvester Gana Jabing : Yes, it is not fair to our sarawakian right.
Vernon Kedit : Malaysia’s FIRST FEMALE OLYMPIAN doesn’t deserve a Datukship? Gila.
Edwin Limban : If one day Sarawak is a olympic medal prospec, we will have too many datukship to give out, for anykind of achievement of world standard there must be a basement reward. Vernon Kedit this is just my opinion.
Leslley Kalom : Wait for Gold? Kati ko kita enda mereti utai ti ko aku?Iya tu KETERUBAH INDU Menua Malaysia bulih Medal ba Olympic, KETERUBAH. Nama utai di anti agi deh?Ukai bakanya, u guys has failed to understand my simple point. Again and again, The fact is, the first Malaysian woman to win Olympic medal!! The keywords is FIRST!

Leslley Kalom : Thats my point!!
Edward Awan : well like it or not it shows that Sarawakian is indeed being classified as “others” it will not be par with those from samanajung….
Vernon Kedit :  She should receive no less than two Datukships; one from the state of Sarawak, and one from the Agong. From Sarawak, she should receive Datuk Amar, no less. From Federal, Dato’, no less. TWO Datukships, NO LESS. Anything less will only confirm our suspicion that the state and federal governments are biased and unfair and have little respect for her achievement. I challenge the BN government to do the right thing NOW.
Leslley Kalom : If Federal refuse to recognised her, by right Sarawak State Government should!
Vernon Kedit : Datukships are awarded as reward and recognition of services and honour achieved and given to the state and nation by an individual. Being the first woman in Malaysia to win an Olympic medal isn’t an honour? This is the OLYMPICS; the highest order of games worldwide for centuries since tho
Leslley Kalom ‎ : Nya aku asai ka mangka ka pala aku ba mija diatu. How can they miss that point?????????????????
Vernon Kedit : Either they are STOOOPEEEDDD or BIASED. Choose one. Or both 🙂
Leslley Kalom : Entah lah, im speechless. Such a simple point but yet, many has failed to understand it. Maybe they should just google what does the words FIRST or PIONEER means
Vernon Kedit : Cuba if its their own daughter or sister or relative, see how they feel 🙂
Leslley Kalom : My Goodnesss, Malaysia’s FIRST FEMALE OLYMPIAN doesn’t deserve a Datukship? What about those Malaysian climbers who manage to conquer Mount Everest in 1997? They’re being confered with Datukship from their respective states as they were the FIRST MALAYSIAN TO CONQUER MOUNT EVEREST.Why being selective? Leslley Kalom ‎ : When they can give Shah Rukh Khan, the Bollywood actor a Datukship for doing no shit for this countryI strongly believe she deserves her Datukship as the first Malaysian woman to win Olympic medal!!!
Vernon Kedit : Let’s wait and see if the Bidayuh leaders in BN make any noise or just keep quiet…
Leslley Kalom : Im looking from Sarawakians point of view, forget about what recognition from Federal, we’ra talking about due recognition from Sarawak. I dont give a damn about Federal. All Sarawakians regardless of our race or religion should push the State Government to confered with her with a Datukship, period!
From Federal : PM Najib offered her a full scholarship from Yayasan Cemerlang for her to pursue a degree of her choice at Universiti Tun RazakFrom State : CM Taib offered her a full scholarship to Australia to continue diving as an electivePM must be looking down on a Bidayuh girl from Sarawak, he thought that a local University is good enough for a Sarawakian … !!

Terever Amaya Jane : First ka, scond ka ,3rd ka.. Dia perlu mcapai medal berganda2 luk br. Layak dpanggil dto or datin hehe
Paul Si : So many datuks around, only one Sarawakian, and only Malaysian woman, Olympic medallist. She is far more worthy of respect than any datuk. It’s not that she doesn’t deserve datukship, it’s that datukship is not worthy enough for her.
Terever Amaya Jane : Not too early meh pok? She lke so younger ma
Leslley Kalom : Its just a matter of RECOGNITION from her country Malaysia and from her home state SarawakWhen it comes to contribution to the Nation/States, does it matter if you’re too young or too old?
